Miley Cyrus Lace Skirt Shows Off Her Legs (PHOTO)

The star, formerly known for her acting on the Disney Channel and now known for her prolific salvia-smoking, sideboob-flashing and tweeting, demonstrated her love for all things sheer in Philadelphia this week. Miley was spotted walking her pup, Ziggy, in the summery weather wearing a black tank, cool teal shoes, her newly dyed blonde hair and a white lace maxi skirt with a teeny white miniskirt underneath. Why hello, Miley's legs. It's been so... not long.

The see-through maxi is one of Miley's preferred styles (remember this navy number from Miami?). This skirt, however, has a particularly bridal feel...

Oh for the days of the Liz Taylors, Rhonda Flemings, Betty Grables, Susan Haywards, Honor Blackmans, Spohia Lorens and many many more who were just sexy without showing most of what they had and not looking like a 42nd St. hooker. I was too young to see most of them but you can catch them on the old movies. Just happen to see Honor Blackman twice recently in Goldfinger and A Night to Remember. What a knock out. By the way she is still with us today and while on in years she is still a handsome woman.
