The writers were clearly having some fun with Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards on the latest episode of "Anger Management" (Thu., 9:30 p.m. ET on FX). Richards played Charlie's latest love interest, Lori, and she went into detail explaining what was wrong with her ex.
"My ex can be a little difficult. Nuts. A real whack job," she said.
It turned out Lori was a little bit of a whack job herself. At first, Charlie struggled with dating her because she didn't believe therapy was real. Instead, she thought of him more as a magician, or a shyster bilking his clients out of their hard-earned money.
But then he found out she did believe in ghosts ... and astrology. Determined to look past it all, Charlie was stopped short with one final line. "By the way, I don’t believe in birth control," she said. And with that, he went back to his therapist/meaningless-sex-partner Kate.
"Anger Management" continues Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. ET on FX where fans can look forward to more Sheen family reunions, according to TVSomniac.com, with Martin Sheen already booked, and Charlie looking to lure brother Emilio Estevez on as well.
