-When unemployment in that London suburb is between 50% and 100%, a mural of Usain Bolt makes a whole lot of sense, doesn't it ? It suggests that the young men of that immigrant neighborhood can run faster from crime than the speed of light can outpace alcohol, heroin and cocaine.
