Ready for the London Olympics? If not, this supercut of quotes from idiosyncratic London Mayor Boris Johnson will get you in the right frame of mind.

A video recently uploaded to YouTube by Cassetteboy has strung together bits and pieces of Johnson's utterances to create a hilarious mashup featuring the mop-topped mayor.

During the video, Johnson "describes" the historical significance of the Olympics, and how London has prepared to host them this time around. The manipulated dialogue even touches on certain topics that sparked criticism during the lead up to the events, including McDonald's sponsorship of the Games. But don't worry, Mayor Johnson has no qualms about that with the opening ceremony just days away.

"Get some burgers, or else, you'll be eaten by bears."

Brilliant advice from the man in charge.
