If you subscribe to the modern school of small doggery, in which small dogs are good stuffing material for bags, or dog-sized sweaters, or your lonely, lonely heart, you may not want to watch British director Gavin O'Grady's latest short, "The Emancipation Of Prince." The 2 minute film about a precocious chihuahua named Prince takes the premise that dogs are not amused and runs with it, to a very dark place. If, however, all you've ever wanted was for small dogs everywhere to revolt like so many apes whose planet it is, there's a 2 minute film you should really watch right down there.
