Designer and muse always go hand in hand. Hubert de Givenchy had Audrey Hepburn, Marc Jacobs has Sofia Coppola and Yves Saint Laurent? Well, the French designer, who is known for inventing ready-to-wear with his Rive Gauche collection, had more muses than anyone can really count. Saint Laurent's stylish friends were so important to his career, that the company's most iconic handbag to this day is bag named "Muse." Loulou de la Falaise, Betty Catroux, Laetitia Casta, Marisa Berenson, Paloma Picasso, Catherine Deneuve and more stood by the designer throughout the highs and lows of his career.
