If fans want to see Martin Sheen join Charlie Sheen full-time on "Anger Management" (Thu., 9:30 p.m. ET on FX), then they need to tune in to these final episodes in the show's inaugural run. Papa Sheen hasn't showed up yet, but he is set to join the cast as Charlie's dad in a regular role should it get picked up for its "back 90" episodes. Both Sheen and FX seem optimistic that it will happen, though Entertainment Weekly says a renewal decision won't be made until after all ten episodes have aired.
This week, the focus was more on Charlie's prison therapy group. Or at least, one of the inmates, who got let out due to prison overcrowding. With no place to go -- his wife moved and remarried -- he showed up at Charlie's place.
He then showed up at Charlie's ex-wife's place. The two bonded and she hooked up with him despite Charlie's warnings. But it was short-lived, as the ex-con became a con again when he stole a car. He just wanted to go back to prison and his "prison gay" lover.
"Anger Management" continues Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. ET on FX.
