You've made it past the cover letter and resume portion of the application process, so what's next? The nerve wrecking interview where you only have one chance to make the ultimate first impression. As if that's not enough to have you sweaty before your interview, here's a list that probably won't help.
The list includes interview difficulty rating and the employee satisfaction rating, but you'll find with some companies that the two aren't positively correlated. Though A.T. Kearney is fourth on the list for difficulty, it is one of the top ten for least employee satisfaction; whereas, Facebook is second to last for interview difficulty and number one for employee satisfaction.
