Dogs can talk. Sounds crazy but they can mimic some phrases. My now wife didn't believe me at first until she got to know my dog. She is now a believer and tells people she has heard it with her own ears. Its incredible really but some dogs are very intelligent.

People probably would provide for homeless people, if so many of them weren't people who had been cruely abandoned by mental health facilities. You can no more help a person who is homeless because they suffer from a severe mental illness, than you could help someone who had been kicked out of a bacterial menegitus quarentine.

The best you can do is donate to groups that provide basic services to the homeless, and always vote against the right wing candidates that will perpetuate the problem.
