Welcome to "666 Park Avenue" (premieres Sun., Sept. 30, 10 p.m. ET on ABC), a building known as The Drake where evil lurks and seduction entices people to stay and the setting of ABC's new supernatural drama.

Check out our exclusive first look at "666 Park Avenue," which includes never-before-seen footage as well as scoop from stars Terry O'Quinn, Vanessa Williams, Dave Annable and Rachael Taylor.

Terry O'Quinn, who plays Gavin Doran, the owner of The Drake, says his character "could be construed as having the dark power." The "Lost" alum added, "'666 Park Avenue' has a wicked dangerous power."

"The show is about seduction -- how everybody has a need or want, and how far would you be willing to go to get what you want out of life," says Dave Annable, who plays The Drake's newest resident manager Henry Martin along with his girlfriend Jane, played by Rachel Taylor.

"It's about two young people that move into an apartment building which is very enticing on the outside, but it may not be everything it offers on the inside," Taylor says.

And Vanessa Williams, who plays Olivia Doran -- the other half of the building's mysterious power couple -- says it best, describing the show as having "a splash of 'Rosemary's Baby' with a hint of 'The Shining.'"
