The former digs of Ol' Blue Eyes-- featuring a glass spiral staircase, 18-foot ceilings, and views of the East River -- could be yours for $7.7 million.

The 3,000 square-foot, 4-bedroom apartment at 530 East 72nd Street was built in 1961 and also features Frank Sinatra's formermaster bedroom, complete with a wraparound terrace, a putting green, and a solar panel.

The New York Post reports the storied penthouse, once dubbed by Andy Warhol as the "glittering grotto in the sky," was once the scene of some of the city's best parties, with guests like President John F. Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, and of course, the Rat Pack.

Legend has it that Sammy Davis Jr. used to throw champagne glasses from the terraces onto FDR Drive, 23 stories below.
