Countess LuAnn is thinking of having a baby on the latest episode of "The Real Housewives of New York City" (Mon., 9 p.m. ET on Bravo) and when she shared her thoughts with Sonja, she then opened up about a painful moment from her recent past.
Sonja said that toward the end of her marriage, she had been pregnant, but miscarried in the fourth month. That would have put Sonja pregnant at about the same age as LuAnn now, in her early 40s. But Sonja still tried to be optimistic for LuAnn, telling her that plenty of women have successful pregnancies in their 40s.
Later, though, Sonja had a little too much alcohol at a Christmas party and laid out her thoughts on LuAnn's relationship. While it wasn't specifically about LuAnn getting pregnant, it was about her boyfriend's intentions. Sonja simply didn't trust Jacques, and wasn't afraid to loudly vocalize her concerns to everyone present.
She said he'd better marry LuAnn and that she didn't want to see her friend devastated by love like she was. Jacques got the point, but Sonja was a little too drunk to tone it down. Though she was looking out for her friend and coming from a place of good intentions, Sonja just didn't have the best execution.
