Emmy Award-winning Dr. Oz, recently joined me on Mondays with Marlo, and we had such a great talk about healthy eating habits. He told me how important it is to limit the amount of sugar you consume, a hard task, but one that's certainly not impossible. And he even gave me some great advice on how to cut out sugar and stay healthy.
