Nina Boesch MetroCard Collages: New York-Based Designer Makes Transit-Inspired Art (PHOTOS)

Back in 2011, we saw artist Thomas McKeans create exciting mosaics with used MetroCards. But, New York-based designer Nina Boesch has been creating MetroCard collages for over ten years.

The German-born, RISD graduate creates both black and white and colored collages using these discards, and we're pretty impressed with her ingenuity. Take a peek in our gallery below for some of Boesch's work. Does it inspire you to rethink disposing of your mass transit tickets?
