'Flip Men': House Covered In Cat Feces, With Drug Den In Basement

They sound like features for a house out of someone's nightmares, but instead it was what the "Flip Men" (Sun., 10 p.m. ET on Spike) discovered when they walked into a house they'd purchased for $46,000. The entire house was covered in cat feces.

"The problem here is not just removing the poo, the problem is that the stench has completely saturated into every surface area in this house," Mike Baird explained.

But the "Poo House" had even more to offer! When the guys went downstairs, not only did they find there was a drug den down there, but there was a man down there who looked like he might have OD'd.

Medical professionals were brought in for the man and a professional bleacher was brought out for the stench. It was a good thing the guys got the house for such a great price, because they actually spent a thousand more than the purchase price on their renovations.

But they sold it for even more, netting a profit of $42,000 for the "Poo House."

See what they buy next on "Flip House," Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on Spike.
