Richard Belzer Discusses America's Voter ID Laws (VIDEO)

Posted: Updated:

Voter ID laws have become a hot political topic this fall, as Republicans in states like Pennsylvania have made it mandatory for citizens to carry photo identification to the polls, purportedy in an effort to counter a voter fraud epidemic that doesn't exist.

Actor and comedian Richard Belzer ("Homicide: Life On The Street," "Law & Order") joined HuffPost live Monday to weigh in on these controversial measures, which he believes amount to "voter suppression."

Belzer also touched on the GOP's war on women, conspiracy theories, and more. Watch his appearance above.
