Lisa Kudrow is enjoying a bit of a comeback with her new Showtime series "Web Therapy" But it was her previous comeback vehicle that Chelsea Handler was interested in when Kudrow dropped by "Chelsea Lately" (Weeknights, 11 p.m. ET on E!).
"The Comeback" was a 2005 HBO series starring Lisa Kudrow as Valerie Cherish, a former sitcom star of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Filmed as a reality show, it chronicled her attempts to reclaim her past fame and fortune.
Kudrow was upset when the show got cancelled after only producing 13 episodes, and says she thinks about Valerie Cherish a lot still. She then speculated on what Valerie would be doing today, and probably hit the nail on the head
"She has to be trying to be on one of those ‘Real Housewives’ shows,” Kudrow said. "She’d be the boring one who ... doesn’t really know how to start drama."
"Web Therapy" continues on Mondays at 11 p.m. ET on Showtime, while "Chelsea Lately" airs weeknights at 11 p.m. ET on E!
