Yesterday's biscuit sandwich recipe left us wanting more breakfast. And so naturally, pancakes have been on our minds. No matter what time of day it is, they're always a good idea.
In the UK, diners eats pancakes on Shrove Tuesday right before Lent. If this breakfast item is worthy of a holy meal, this pancake recipe is surely worth a weekly indulgence.
While we have a soft spot in our hearts for plain ol' buttermilk, this cinnamon and polenta stack will leave you wanting more. And if you're feeling creative, you can always make some art out of your morning cakes, but we much prefer to top them with butter, maple syrup and fresh berries.
