Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb specialize in wine day-drinking on the fourth hour of "Today," but they got some sobering news Friday. Amy Brightfield, the health director of Women’s Day Magazine informed them that health-wise, best time to drink wine is between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m.
The ladies didn't exactly take the news well. "It's in our contract!" Kathie Lee protested. "We have to, Amy, Amy, we have to ... a little in the morning," Hoda pleaded.
Finally, they just agreed to disregard her advice. "I'm not gonna do anything she said, at all," Kathie Lee declared.
At least NBC won't have to make any scheduling changes.
