Justin Warner On How To Make A Jellyfish And Ant Salad For The Apocalypse (VIDEO)

Posted: Updated:

Justin Warner had been making a name for himself in Brooklyn for his food at Do or Dine (specifically for his foie gras donuts). Then, he recently won "Next Food Network Star." We're pretty sure that this video from VICE should be the highlight of his career though -- it takes one cool dude to create an apocalypse salad.

Warner believes that a solid food strategy for the apocalypse is to go for foods that other people don't want and that will sustain you. That means preserved jellyfish and giant leafcutter ants. He makes a valid point:

"Is it beautiful? No. Will you have to share it with the other survivors? Probably not."
