Paul Teutul Sr. And Jr. Talk Patching Things Up On New Season Of 'American Chopper' On 'Late Show' (VIDEO)

Paul Teutul Sr. And Jr. Talk Reconciling On 'Late Show'

The feud between Paul Teutul Sr. and Jr. was so big it not only tore them apart, it broke the show that made them famous. It was back in 2010 that "American Chopper" ended and gave birth to "American Chopper: Senior Vs. Junior." But the latest season finale saw the two meeting up to talk over their relationship, just as they did on "Late Show."

The Teutuls were guests on "Late Show" together, despite admitting that things haven't been completely patched up between them. But the guys are hopeful they're headed in the right direction. According to the New York Post, producers have even shortened the name of their show back to just "American Choppers," so they're clearly hopeful as well.

The article goes on to say that the producers suggested the pair work on a bike together, and it was this opportunity that they took to start mending their relationship.

When David Letterman asked Senior if he knew that he'd behaved poorly in certain situations, Senior shook his head. "You don’t," Letterman confirmed. "You’ve learned nothing about your behavior.”

"That’s part of the process here, Dave. Baby steps," Junior said.

The new season of "American Chopper" kicks off Monday, September 3 at 9 p.m. ET on Discovery. Catch "Late Show with David Letterman" every weeknight at 11:35 p.m. ET on CBS.

TV Replay scours the vast television landscape to find the most interesting, amusing, and, on a good day, amazing moments, and delivers them right to your browser.
