David Letterman On Rush Limbaugh's Hurricane Isaac Theory: He's 'Back On The Oxycontin' (VIDEO)

WATCH: Letterman Burns Limbaugh Over Hurricane Isaac Theory

On Thursday night, David Letterman took a jab at Rush Limbaugh and his theory that President Obama was somehow behind the Hurricane Isaac forecasts.

The impending storm forced the Republican national convention to cancel the first day of proceedings on Monday. Limbaugh noted that the National Hurricane Center is government-run. He warned listeners that he noticed the forecast for Isaac had shifted away from Florida after Republicans canceled Monday's events.

"...I'm alleging no conspiracy," the radio host had said. "I'm just telling you, folks, when you put this all together in this timeline, I'm telling you, it's unbelievable!"

Letterman had his own thoughts about Limbaugh's wild theory, and they involved Limbaugh's past addiction to prescription pain medication (starts at the 2:26 mark in the clip above).
