Robin Williams and David E. Kelley are reportedly planning Williams' TV comeback. Williams, who starred in "Mork and Mindy" for four seasons, is reportedly attached to a single-camera comedy, set in the advertising world, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The project, which CBS has its eye on, would follow a father and daughter at work together in the advertising world. Williams would play an ad exec.

Kelley wrote the script and would serve as executive producer
on the series along with "Harry's Law" veteran Bill D'Elia.

Williams played the alien Mork on "Mork and Mindy," a spinoff of "Happy Days," from 1978-1982. Then the movies called his name and Williams primarily worked on the big screen, making occasional TV guest appearances here and there. His recent TV credits include "Law and Order: SVU," "Louie" and "Wilfred." Earlier in 2012, Williams told TVLine he'd be up for a regular TV gig.

“F---in' A, yeah, I’d do it -- if it was fun," Williams told the website.

Williams isn't the only 1980s sitcom star making a TV comeback. NBC recently bought, and gave a series order commitment to a Michael J. Fox comedy.

“I'm extremely pleased to be back at NBC with a great creative team and a great show,” said Fox. “Bob Greenblatt and all the folks at the network have given me a warm welcome home, and I'm excited to get to work.”
