ROUND 2: Who Is The Queen Of Fall TV? (VOTE)

Print Article

Let's be honest. One of the best things about the end of summer is a fresh TV line-up of our favorite new and returning female stars. It feels like eons since we watched Emily Thorne attempt to befriend the Graysons in "Revenge" or waited for Leslie Knope of "Parks and Recreation" to finally take elected office in city council.

During the next few weeks, the major TV networks will begin to broadcast their highly anticipated fall shows. Some new faces will appear in the line-up, including Mindy Kaling (of "The Office" fame) in "The Mindy Project" and Connie Britton, beloved by "Friday Night Lights" fans, in "Nashville." And some old friends, like Alison Brie of "Community" and Zooey Deschanel of "New Girl," will return.

Primetime will feature so many great female characters that we'd be hard pressed to choose a favorite. That's where you come in. Below are the eight women we're looking most forward to watching this fall, but who will emerge as the queen of fall TV?

The results from Round 1 are in! Zooey Deschanel takes an early lead with Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling and Connie Britton close behind. Which star will come out on top? You tell us in the polls below. We appreciate your votes. Click here to see the final results from Round 1. And don't forget to share your vote with us on Twitter or Facebook.

Round 2 has now ended. Please continue to Round 3 to place your final vote for the queen of fall TV.

Round 2 voting runs through 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 2.
The final round voting runs through 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 4.
