The Three Open Houses You Must See This Weekend

Tree-lined Page Street runs from Market Street to Golden Gate Park, from Hayes Valley to Upper Haight. We love the combination of an unpretentious, low-key vibe from the turn of the 19th Century plus its proximity to to Mid-Market via bus and bike. Here are three properties open on Sunday, September 2.

While the exterior looks like it may have had a run-in with a Dutch preschool, the interior of this vacant, 3-unit building has the kind of off-hand minimalism we like and is move-in ready.

The "vacant" part is important: it means you get the building without tenants and can share it as you please, although the city won't allow you to combine the units and we imagine it's still under rent control. There's no garage, but the units have the flexible floor plans typical of Victorian flats and the top floor unit has a south-facing terrace. Open Sunday September 2 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

803-807 Page Street
