Michael Weatherly ('NCIS') Plays An 'Intuitive Life Strategist' On 'Major Crimes'

Michael Weatherly took a break from the number one scripted show on television to drop by the cable show with the biggest premiere of 2012, "Major Crimes." He also went from leading man to suspect.

The "NCIS" star played Thorn, a life coach -- make that "intuitive life strategist" -- who was apparently so dedicated to his craft that he started coaching Provenza during his own interrogation.

"What’s troubling you is not your present. It’s your past," Thorn said.

"There was once when I was 12 years old, when I took this -- Hey! Hey! We’re here to talk about you, not me!" Provenza shouted.

It was easy to see why Thorn was coaching him, though, considering Provenza had been picking his brain since they'd picked him up. He's still struggling with his place now that Raydor's in charge. Thorn's advice? Change himself ... starting with his tie.

Tune in to "Major Crimes" every Monday at 9 p.m. ET on TNT.
