The benefits of yoga are plenty: from managing anxiety to combatting back pain, it's no wonder attendees of The Huffington Post's Oasis were eager to take a class or two. Volunteers from Off The Mat have been leading classes throughout the days, hoping that new yogis will continue the practice once home from the convention.
