Things are not looking good for Amanda Bynes these days. The actress has officially been charged with two misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run, TMZ reports.
The charges stem from two separate incidents, with the first one taking place just days after she was arrested for a DUI in April.
Bynes allegedly rear-ended another vehicle while driving an Enterprise rental car, but, according to TMZ, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office rejected the case due to lack of witnesses.
However, the case has since been reopened after Bynes was reportedly involved in another incident in August. This time, police say Bynes left the scene of a minor accident without exchanging information with the other driver.
If Bynes is convicted on the two hit-and-run charges, she could face up to one year in jail.
