The GPS For The Soul App Explained: Russell Bishop Explores The App At HuffPost's Oasis (WATCH)

Posted: Updated:

The Huffington Post's GPS for the Soul mobile app was demo-ed at both the RNC and DNC Oasis in preparation for its release in mid-October. This stress-assessment app is designed to help you get back "on course" by measuring your heart rate variability. The app, as GPS For The Soul's Editorial Director Russell Bishop points out, also has a breathing pacer. Bishop, who is joined by Off The Mat's Seane Corn and HuffPost's Executive Health Editor Alana B. Elias Kornfeld, further explains the app and its functionality in the video above.
