Dr. Drew Pinsky sat down with the cast of the original "Teen Mom" for the last time -- at least as a reunion to a just-completed season of their show. "Teen Mom" ended its run for good last week.
In the special, Farrah revealed why she called her dad "Michael" instead of something more traditional. "It’s hard to call your parents ‘mom’ and ‘dad’ when you’ve lost respect for them," Farrah explained. She went on to say that it was because her parents fought all the time, and then got divorced after Sophia was born.
But this isn't the same story she's told before as to why she calls him Michael, as Wetpaint pointed out. They report that she's indicated previously that she's always called him that.
According to an interview on Momfinds.com back in 2011, she does it for her sister. "I have a sister and we have different dads, so in all fairness to my sister I call my dad Michael," she said then. Clearly, it's a complicated issue.
