Bill Clinton's speech at the Democratic National Convention this week prompted us to introduce "Hey Girl Bill Clinton," a follow-up to our very popular "Hey Girl Affordable Health Care." But of course not everyone reacted to the speech by creating a meme. Other women took to Twitter to respond to the former president's remarks. "If Bill Clinton delivered my eulogy I would wake the hell back up," wrote Paula Pell. And after the curiosity about Michelle Obama's dress and nails the night before, Jessica Coen quipped: "Not to detract from this awesome speech, but can we talk about Bill's nails? Love that color."

Politics wasn't everyone's focus this week, though. Other women were tweeting about Joan Didion, Instagram and, yes, Ryan Gosling. Click through the gallery below for more great tweets from women, and check back next week for our new favorites.
