Olive Barrymore Kopelman: Drew Barrymore And Will Kopelman Welcome Baby

Happy news for Drew Barrymore! The actress and Will Kopelman welcomed a baby girl on Sept. 26, according to multiple sources.

“We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, born September 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family,” a rep for Barrymore confirmed to People magazine. “Thank you for respecting our privacy during this most special time in our lives.”

This is the first child for the pair, who tied the knot on June 2 at Barrymore's Montecito, Calif., home. The couple, who announced their engagement in January, have been together since February 2011.

"The day was perfect. Everyone we love and care about was there. It was as fun and meaningful as we could have hoped," Barrymore told People about her wedding.

Barrymore and Kopelman never commented on the pregnancy, though it became quite obvious, even on their wedding day, that they were expanding their new family. Rumors first popped up in February that Barrymore was pregnant after she was spotted carrying what looked like a sonogram while leaving a doctor's office in Beverly Hills.

Though her baby bump continued to grow, both Barrymore and Kopelman remained silent on their happy news, with the only confirmation of her pregnancy coming from People's article about their wedding, and the cover photo of Kopelman holding Barrymore's stomach.
