Cary's getting a dad!

According to TVLine, "Gossip Girl" vet John Shea will play Cary's (Matt Czuchry) dad on "The Good Wife."

Described as "awkward and stiff," Shea will potentially recur on Season 4 of the CBS series.

In addition to "Gossip Girl," Shea has also appeared on "Common Law" and "Eleventh Hour."

Gil Bellows is "Vegas"-bound. The "Ally McBeal" alum will guest star on the new CBS drama as mayoral candidate George Grady. [EW]

Wilmer Valderama is returning to "Suburgatory" to win Dallas back. Valderama will reprise his role as Yoni, a new age healer who attempts to steal Dallas (Cheryl Hines) from George (Jeremy Sisto) shortly after her divorce. [TV Guide]
