Less than 24 hours after a scissors-wielding stalker invaded her yard, Miley Cyrus may have committed a crime of her own.
TMZ is reporting that the 19-year-old actress and singer is accused in a police complaint of shoving a patron Saturday night at Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel. The encounter also allegedly involved Cyrus' fiance Liam Hemsworth -- E! confirmed the report.
“This claim is completely false and erroneous.” Cyrus's rep, Meghan Prophet, told The Huffington Post on Monday.
According to TMZ, the alleged victim claimed in the report filed with the LAPD Sunday morning that he and his friends accidentally bumped into Hemsworth's chair, prompting verbal jabs. Then, says the shove-ee, Hemsworth confronted him, and Cyrus tried to break things up. Only she did it by "pushing him away and striking him in the face," the site said.
The news emerges after 40-year-old Jason Luis Rivera was handcuffed by LAPD after he scaled a fence and banged on Cyrus's door early Saturday. Rivera, charged with trespassing, told police he was Cyrus' husband.
