Ever wonder what your favorite daytime talk hosts look like au naturale? The ladies of “The Talk” stripped off all their makeup on Monday for the the talk show's Season 3 premiere. Wearing robes and towels, the ladies jokingly covered their faces when they first walked out on stage, but grew more comfortable and confident as the show progressed.
The no-makeup show was Sara Gilbert's idea, and in an interview interview with ET she explained how her co-hosts gave her the courage to go through with it. "There's not many single one person that would go on TV in front of millions of people with no makeup, so to be in a group of people that are willing to do that together is really cool. It shows that we're willing to show parts of our lives that not everybody is willing to show. We really are girlfriends and because we feel safe with each other, we're willing to show more of ourselves to the public."
"It's refreshing, but tomorrow we'll be right back [wearing makeup]," Sheryl Underwood quipped.
The hosts weren’t the only ones to go without makeup. Celebrity guests Jamie Lee Curtis, Michelle Stafford, Melody Thomas Scott and Katherine Kelly Lang also joined in.
