Brian Freeman Arrested For Allegedly Beating Dog In Elevator At Wagner Houses In Harlem (VIDEO)

A 28-year old man was arrested on Monday for mercilessly beating a dog in a Harlem elevator.

Brian Freeman was allegedly caught on surveillance video from August 26th kicking and slapping the dog in the face inside an elevator at the Wagner Houses on East 120th Street.

Freeman has been charged with torturing and injuring an animal.

DNAinfo reports the pit bull was taken into Animal Care and Control custody and suffered no serious injuries.

In 2011, the Wagner Houses witnessed another dog beating, when a surveillance video caught dog owner Irving Sanchez abusing his dog inside an elevator of the housing project.
