We love this peach custard pie recipe; it allows us to eat not just one, but two slices of pie without thinking twice about it.
Why, you want to know? Well, not only is it baked in a whole wheat pie crust, but the custard is made with low-fat Greek yogurt, which we know to be a healthy food. Oh, and it's got peaches, which is always a good idea.
