Whoa. How is Princess Beatrice in New York City right now and nobody told us? Not cool, guys. Not cool.
The British royal and her mother, Sarah Ferguson, are in town on what we can only assume is a brief trip. Last night the pair got dolled up for The Novak Djokovic Foundation's inaugural dinner, held downtown at Capitale. Wearing a roomy yet elegant gray gown, Bea hung out with her fancy friends, including model Carolina Parsons, Holly Branson (daughter of Richard) and her boyfriend David Clark. But she also dutifully posed with Fergie as she's done in the past -- this is one 24-year-old who doesn't mind a night out on the town with mom.
While in the city, Ferguson also made an appearance on the "Today" show, chatting about her new venture, a children's book called "Ballerina Rosie." (Who knew?)
We're not sure what's on Princess Beatrice's agenda, but fingers crossed she's due for a visit to New York Fashion Week. She's attended runway shows before... and since Pippa Middleton was a no-show this week, we could use a little royal magic in our lives. What better way to close out the whirlwind week?
