Move over, honey badger, because this dog definitely "don't care."

In another wonderful "only in Russia" moment captured on YouTube, an extremely lazy dog lies in the middle of the road, blocking an oncoming streetcar (don't worry, he doesn't get hit). It might not sound too exciting, but wait until a good samaritan and the streetcar conductor attempt to move the dog. Even after he gets up, the situation doesn't exactly improve (wait until the 1:34 mark for the best part).
