Craft Of The Day: Make These Colorful Thumbtack Vase Fillers

Placing a vase on an empty table is an easy way to dress up a room without making it look messy or cluttered. But that doesn't mean you need to keep spending money to restock it with fresh flowers. Today's Craft Of The Day from Landee See, Landee Do is a great alternative. These thumbtack vase fillers are easy to make and add a fresh pop of color. Plus, they'll live forever and you don't even need to remember to water them.

After you've placed the thumbtacks, simply spray paint the entire ball whatever color you want. Or buy plain silver and gold to make metallic fillers that you don't need to paint. For a full tutorial on how to make these and other great crafts, head over to Landee See, Landee Do.
