As expected, the New York City Board of Health officially passed Mayor Bloomberg's controversial plan to limit the size of large sugary drinks on Thursday.

The vote brought on a wave of opinions, criticisms, and questions. Just exactly which establishments are regulated under the new law? Can I still order a Venti at Starbucks? What about drinks with more than 50 percent milk?
