Tori Spelling has been hospitalized due to complications stemming from childbirth.
TMZ reports that the "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress underwent emergency surgery over the weekend; she was rushed to the hospital on Saturday.
"Tori Spelling underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her C section," Spelling's rep Jill Fritzo said in a statement. "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably."
The 39-year-old actress gave birth to her fourth child, baby boy Finn Davey McDermott, on August 30.
