Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds dropped a wedding bomb on us last week, but the "Gossip Girl" star wasn't keeping the nuptials a secret from her cast mates. People magazine reports that the 25-year-old actress celebrated with her co-stars in a jovial on-set scene that had the cast raising glasses of fake Champagne to the star. No word if former boyfriend Penn Badgley was present, though he did tell People shortly after the news, "I'm so happy for her. I think it's everything it should be."
The report also provides more details inside Lively and Reynolds' mini-honeymoon in Virginia, where they strolled around stores and cafes. "They came in and bought some farmstead cheese and house baked goods to go," a source told the magazine. "He was very sweet to her. They seemed very serene and happy to be with each other. They seemed right at home."
The ridiculously good-looking newlyweds appear to favor the countryside. In April, they purchased a $2 million cottage in Bedford, New York, after dating for just six months. They married on Sept. 9 in South Carolina at the Boone Halle Plantation & Gardens, which had previously been featured in 'The Notebook."
