Mitt Romney may have had to scramble to deal with his response to the attacks in Libya, but now there's a new publicity issue for him to battle this week.

The GOP candidate was caught off guard when a video of him speaking at a fundraising event hit the internet, mostly because he said some less-than-presidential things without realizing a camera was in the room.

At this point, his whole campaign probably looks so outrageous that it's impossible to take seriously, but luckily, Stephen Colbert took some time on Tuesday night's "Colbert Report" to explain how this is all part of Mitt's brilliant plan.
