After translating the ancient language on a piece of papyrus dating back to 400 years after Christ's death, a researcher is claiming that Jesus may have been married. The only loophole? The papyrus just says "my wife" before it gets cut off.

In other words, anything could have come in the second part of that sentence. The second part of that sentence could have been "doesn't exist!"

On Thursday night's "Daily Show" Jon Stewart was amused, not only by the optimistic researcher, but by the media's enthusiastic response to the story.
