Tiger Woods LIVE During Round 3 At Tour Championship

Tiger Woods tees off on the sixth hole during the second round of the Tour Championship golf tournament Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, in Atlanta.

ATLANTA -- Tiger Woods went from being the chased to needing to do the chasing on Saturday at East Lake.

Woods is slated to play with Luke Donald at 12:50 p.m. EDT on Saturday, about 70 minutes prior to the final group of Furyk and Justin Rose, so he'll have a chance to post some early scores.

And TW fades again in the 4th round..... They actually stopped showing his every shot when even the announcers finally grasped tiger was a non factor

Someone please explain how tiger can overtake rory for FedEx cup without even winning the tournament when rory won 2 events and finished 17 spots ahead of tiger at the Barclays. It makes no sense at all

They've both won 3 Tour events this year.
Rory is only ahead because one win was a major.
Rory also missed several cuts while Tiger was placing in Top 10s.
For Tiger to win the FedEx cup over Rory he doesn't have to win this championship, but Rory, Rose and Snedeker can't win either.

Doesn't matter if he's the "hunt". Furyk is not letting go.

If Tiger had as much focus on simple tee shots or under 15 ft. putts as he does when he's scrambling out of self-inflicted disasters he'd be back to #1 and winning majors easily.

Thanks for the correction. But Tiger may need to go 4 or 5 under to win on Sunday. With the way he's playing he'll be lucky to go -2.
