January Jones has been through a few style changes this year: she dyed her blonde hair red and tried some interesting maternity pants.

Jones continues her change-it-up streak at the 2012 Emmys, where she slinked onto the red carpet in heavy makeup, her new red hair and a voluminous black Zac Posen frock. Well, we should be more clear: while the dress had a poufy Posen-y skirt, the top fell a little flat.

We even got a little bit of a Gwyneth Paltrow at the 2002 Oscars vibe, that infamous sheer braless dress that we dubbed one of the worst Oscars frocks ever.
