Pants over dresses were our jam in the '90s. We wore them over jeans. We wore them over corduroys (yes, really). We wore them over anything, like our hero Sarah McLachlan.
Since everything sartorial from that decade -- sheer blouses, crop tops - is back in, dresses with an accompanying pants party have also reared their head on the runways. And who better to try it out than Lancome darling and all-around cutie pie Emma Watson?
Watson, 22, pulled the look out of her arsenal at a London screening of the "Perks of Being a Wallflower" movie, keeping everything monochromatic with a black strapless frock by Christian Dior Couture layered over slim black trousers. Her hair was wavy and simple, and her makeup worked nicely with her simple key necklace. We're kind of -- nay, totally -- digging it.
