  • On The Best Tools For Relaxing

Usually the tools involve someone else's hands rubbing me. I love massages and taking baths with Epsom Salts. I also listen to cheesy classical music ... it makes my brains relax.

  • On How To Unwind

The Serenity Prayer always helps me. Also, five deep breaths. If all else fails ... a giant glass of red wine with a little Feist or Regina Spektor in the background.

  • On Centering

Sometime just filling your lungs completely helps you remember how awesome the human body is! Also, dancing to your favorite song in the middle of the living room.

  • On Inspiration

Laughter and having a sense of humor about stressful moments. Perspective inspires me and allowing myself to look in on the drama as a third party. Most things are really NOT that big of a deal.

  • On The Power Of Naps

I believe that naps are underrated. Babies and old people take them ... so why shouldn't I? I believe checking out for a bit to recharge is good for the soul. If you can't disconnect at least take a breather and try to gain perspective on what's important and what's just a bunch noise.

Nikki Boyer is the host of Yahoo Studio's #1 show (with over 450 million streams since launch), Daytime in No Time, that recaps the best of daytime talk and entertainment.
