When Rocco DiSpirito, celebrity chef and author of "Now Eat This! Italian", joined me on Mondays with Marlo I just had to ask him if he could settle one huge debate in the Italian cooking community: is it called "Sunday sauce" or "Sunday gravy"? Rocco's answer was simply, "Sunday Ragu"! Although his mother used to call it gravy, Rocco prefers the debate end with ragu.
